The repayment period for a loan is a minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 180 days.

The financial institutions we work with offer an annual interest rate of 29%, but the official agent and broker may charge an additional fee for the client's preparation, editing, follow-up and management of each loan application, which fee is determined by the agent and is independent of the interest rates charged by the lender.
A $500 loan payable bi-weekly in 10 installments will cost you $80.40 per installment. This information is provided as a guide only and includes an administration fee payable to the official agent and broker in the amount of $232.00 which the borrower adds to the principal amount borrowed. The Official Agent and Broker alone determines the fees and expenses for each file at its discretion and these are independent of the interest charged by the lender.
Collection and credit score
Our company complies with Canadian laws, regulations and legal standards. If a particular situation arises during your repayment period, our collection department will work out a repayment agreement with you based on your situation. If the debtor defaults on any of the repayments under this agreement, the creditor may demand payment in full of any unpaid balance, principal, interest and costs. All judicial and extra-judicial costs that may reasonably be incurred by the creditor due to defects in a contract by the debtor will be claimed and returned to the creditor by the debtor. In the event that no payment agreement is possible between the debtor and the creditor, the creditor may assign the file to a collection agency, which may affect the debtor's credit rating or credit score.
